很好

Terrible experience avoid property at all cost and don't go there. They did not clean up our room during our whole 3 night stay. We arrived at 11pm after a while family day out and asked for clean towels (since they did not clean our room) and the rude front lady told us they where out of clean towels and we should have go and ask for them earlier. I ask her if she could go and getus some from an unoccupied room she said no she was not going to. I asked why they did not clean our room and she said they where understaffed. Bathroom door also did not slide well I needed to go and close the door by myself since my teen daughters where unable to move it, and when arrived to the room the desk was full of nails and screws like maintenance left them there and did not pick up. Restaurant staff was also rude and not helpful. Breakfas was bellow average. But invoice arrived and charged us like we got full service but one of the worse experiences can't believe they carry the Marriott brand. They need to get a manager that know what he is doing there. Avoid at all cost!

Overall, a pleasant stay. Clean and well maintained, with plenty of car parking. Breakfast was pretty good too. And there were lots of dining options nearby. Not so great bits: 1) My AC unit wasn’t working. I dialled 0 and the lady said she didn’t know what to do, then hung up :) Admittedly, it was past midnight. The issue did get fixed when I called the next day though. 2) There was no electronic safe in my room (for keeping important documents). 3) Breakfast closes at 9am on weekdays, which some might find a bit early.

We have a great experience.

The breakfast was good. The place was a little old and outdated. Most of the staff was nice. It wasn’t quite up to standards for a Marriott property.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly.

The room was clearly cleaned just where it could be seen. There was a thick black line all around the upper lip of the toilet, almost as if it never gets cleaned with the rest of the toilet. There were stains under the door for the room coming from the hallway. The first evening we arrived we ordered pizza, I asked for plates and napkins from the front desk and you would’ve thought I was being SUCH an inconvenience. The staff at the front desk was not happy about me asking and even after they did I was very thankful and wished them a goodnight they had no response, no your welcome, no you too. As you walk out the side exit near the pool you can see trash all in the grass and surrounding the plant life near the pool. The trash can near the elevators on our floor was not emptied for 3 days straight. I would not and will not stay at that property again.

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast—everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!
