Stayed for 8 days. Phones in room did not work, washer and dryer in room didn't work, on our second night there someone peed outside of our room so it smelled like pee for the entire vacation.

The kitchen at the pool closed at 6 pm on a Holiday (4th of July), despite the pool being open until 11 PM. Nothing else to eat at the property until breakfast. Although the booking was for 4 people, there were only 2 towels in the bathroom. Rooms are clean and remodeled. Property is nice.

The hotel is well situated for walking access to restaurants and a 20-30 minute Uber to Miami Beach. Staff were very professional, nice, and helpful. The views from the pool floor are beautiful.

The front desk staff were lovely and extremely helpful! As for the room, it’s good if you just want somewhere to stay. The upkeep could’ve been a bit better. I found myself having to wipe down surfaces is more than I initially planned.
But it’s in a great location, a lot of cute shops, and restaurants nearby!
