Convenient location. Clean room. Friendly and supportive staff.

Really lovely and helpful staff. Enjoyed the stay.

I can only give this Bishkek hotel a rating of four (out of five). It wasn't that there was anything wrong with the facilities; in fact, the hotel was so “high-tech”that I couldn't find the switch for one of the wall lights in my room. I ended up pulling out the key card to cut the power, only to realize later—after waking up the next morning—that this had also stopped all my electronic devices from charging overnight. Furthermore, the hotel’s cancellation policy is extremely strict, unlike that of most other hotels. Its only real advantage is its excellent location near the city center square.

Nice little boutique hotel, with a nice staff, which was clean and provided a nice breakfast. Walkable to the main square of Bishkek. One small complaint: they ask you at checkout if you used the minibar. I said no and they asked me to wait so the cleaning staff can actually go to check it. The gentleman apologized and said that was their rule. Not a good way to treat clients.

We loved this hotel and would definitely stay again if in Bishkek. The staff were great and really efficient. The hotel was down a safe alley which made it so quiet for a city hotel. It was a little walk from some of the main attractions but there was plenty to see along the way.

I just had a stomach virus after I ate breakfast there. Not sure why

Great convenient location nice room

everything was amazing. friendly and helpful concierge, room is huge, clean and comfortable, location good as well - about 20min walk to central square

Service was great and we enjoyed the sauna several times, however hotel condition & cleanliness could be improved. The first room we got (41) had a strange plastic carpet smell to which my mom was allergic. In the second one (36) the bathroom started smelling like sewage after 1 night. The staff were very quick in resolving all these issues but the sewage smell was still there (tho bearable) the rest if our 1-week stay. Other rooms offered to us had smelly carpets so we decided to tolerate the sewage smell since it was only in the bathroom and we didn’t smell it when the bathroom door was closed. Also while our towels were changed and the bathroom was cleaned quite well every day it seems they did not vacuum the floor in the actual room. The breakfast was ok.

The manager, reception and bar staff were helpful. The housekeeping needs to improve vacuuming, making up beds, checking doors before leaving rooms. Website photos do not give an accurate representation of the interior. Solutel Hotel is overpriced.
