Located just across the lake with a beautiful view where you can enjoy the sunset from the balcony. Easy access to every place with bus stop across the road. Clean rooms and lovely staff. Must visit

The room had bugs and the AC also not present in the room I would not recommend the hotel

beautiful location but we didn’t have the best room. very clean and comfortable. Not always guaranteed parking at hotel. Would recommend but request lake view.

Hotel was good but restaurant was terrible. After re opening two days before we arrived, very poor menu, very limited wine available although listed on the menu and, very expensive.

Location was spectacular. We really enjoyed the quiet view.

This is located 15-18 minute bus ride from the train station. But it's away from busy downtown and have a beautiful view of the lake and mountain that makes the stay very relaxing. (i chose lake view) The AC isn't too strong but there was a fan. The room was clean and the staff were nice. You can enjoy the lake view while having breakfast.

View of Lake Lucerne was amazing -great windows and balcony facing the lake. Free bus fare within Lucerne was very helpful. Breakfast was great. The door to the room stopped working (it did not lock) and was not repaired during our stay - communication with 3 different staff members about this issue was not very helpful.

We liked the lake view and sat on the balcony each day watching the ships and the swans. As far as the room was concerned there was no AC just a fan. The lights were difficult to manage. The bathroom and the toilet were dingy and the reading light on one side had fallen off. The coffee machine was welcome for me except housekeeping forgot to refill the box with coffee and milk and the night staff had to run around looking for them. The bus timetable on a display was very useful. Breakfast was extortionate and so we took the bus, using our visitor pass into Luzern to have coffee at Hisons.

Very helpful at reception. We needed an adapter and they gave us one. Also very comfortable beds.
