Amazing friendly v helpful charming staff! Everyone of them ! Lovely room overlooking river with big windows - warm and quiet with air con if needed Welcome bottle of Cava - a thoughtful surprise Nice bar too with outside seating area to watch the world go by - just had cheese board late one evening and it was great v sale for less than £10 WiFi iffy but reception have private individual routers for guests Breakfast brilliant huge choices and another treat - Prosecco and 0% free for guests to make Bucks fizz or just quaff!! Highly recommend this hotel and hope to return !!

Location great, but hotel is in desperate need of upgrade. Internet connection was horrible, carpets on corridor and bedroom dirty. This is not 4 star accommodation.

Ideal location, fantastic room, staff helpful, excellent breakfast buffet.

The location couldn’t be more perfect, right by the old crane , restaurant was fantastic and the manager was a very fun professional great guy, knowledgeable with wines , foods etc , we had river and boardwalk view which made room fantastic, and yet still quiet, we travel a lot and Gdansk is a world class city and Hotel Hanna is the only place I would stay

Great location , nice hotel , big comfortable room however the bathroom feels badly dated. Clean , but very old fashioned

Hotel situated in perfect location across the Motlawa river and walking distance to virtually all amenities

Very comfortable large room with a river view. An upgrade of the shower would make the room excellent. A very good buffet breakfast is available with plentiful options. The on-site restaurant Zafishowani is excellent and certainly worth a visit. The staff are all very pleasant and a shout out to housekeeping for their servicing of the rooms. Finally the location of the Hanza is perfect within walking distance of all major attractions and boat trips.

Nicely situated on the river. Spaciois, light breakfast room and restaurant Kind bar staff and front desk were accomodating. Dziękujemy again

Property was a bit old and WiFi didn't work well. Good location on the river with good buffet breakfast. Convenient location to walk around. Room was pretty spacious.

Arrived before check in after our early morning flight to drop our bags and were pleasantly surprised to be allowed to check in. Very clean room with a really comfy bed. Breakfast was fresh and well presented each morning, with a wide variety of options. Location cannot be beaten. Would recommend to anyone visiting Gdansk and would 100% stay here again, especially if we were to get the same room again, the balcony was a wonderful bonus
