The perfect hotel! Rooms are big. Food was excellent. Staff was great.

Over priced. Cheaply designed. Good restaurants. Pay for the location near water.

The hotel was very modern and clean, and the staff was great from the front desk to the bar to breakfast. The room was nice and had a great view of the water and the bridge. The spa was fantastic and large. I would stay there again without question.

Fine hotel

The staff was excellent and the views from the rooms were beautiful. The hotel is conveniently located right on the River. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very helpful although housekeeping forgot to leave washcloths twice. The. Breakfast buffet is excellent. The room is poorly designed. The bath is completely walled in clear glass except toilet and shower even with clear glass entry door. It made it like a maze. We had to hang a towel on the door at night to make the entry clear. There were no electrical Outlets in the bathroom. Keurig coffee was $3eu per cup in the room Entry

The service at this hotel was above all the others we stayed in Lisbon. We would definitely return.

Best hotel location imaginable in Belem. Will be back.
