Agent checked us in a mountain view instead of beach view which we booked for fireworks at night, after we refused then tried to check us in another unit with a 10% beach view between 2 buildings, it doesn’t match what we booked, they arranged it again finally we checked in the unit we booked after 3 and half long hours which we were dragging our luggage walked up and down the hill in the weather around 100 degrees outside, been throwing around like a ball, shower floor drain were clogged and wall’s paint chipping off, property management didn’t apologize for the bad check in experience and didn’t accommodate with anything at all!
