極佳 The location was idea for seeing around the marina and also the gardens by the bay. The hotel had a good breakfast buffet and the staff very helpful to help with my son’s allergies. The pool was great, however it was a shame that they could not allow my son into the whirlpool as it was over 18, but to be honest if a parent was there for guidance that should have been allowed.
The room was very nice, however it would have been nice to have a separate door to close between the bathroom and walk in closet. Also having the toilet separate from the shower and bath facilities would have been great with 4 people in the room.
One final negative is the additional guest charge on the room for my daughter who is 18. If we are paying for the room, it should not matter if the children are below 17 or above. We are all in the same room that has been paid for, for the duration of the stay.
Other than that the staff where extremely friendly and helpful.

We had a one-night stay but enjoyed the hotel, location, staff, and hotel property. Liked that the check-in lobby was on the 32nd floor. We had a great stay!
Employee Zentury was very helpful and courteous!

We picked this hotel as it was close to the cruise terminal. As it is located in CBD, you are nearby to many food outlets & restaurants.
The staff were very friendly, welcoming & super helpful when we needed assistance.

極佳 My family of three stayed there for three nights and had a great day. We all enjoyed the spa, all of the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was great. Our son has severe food allergies, and the chef and servers in the restaurant were extremely accommodating. We would definitely recommend this property, especially if you want to stay closer to the airport. Very convenient location!
