Pleasant stay for family of 5.

It was a terrible experience for us. We checked in at 1700, was told the room was not ready yet, checked in is supposedly 1500. We waited for few minutes was told the room is ready. We get to our room, it’s hot. The AC is supposed to be on already, we went for dinner came back the room is still hot. I called downstairs at 1800 the front desk said they will send someone up. Engineering came he checked out the AC and said they will change the filter since it’s dirty. Wait for 30 min maybe it will get cold. Waited same temperature. Called downstairs about 3-4 times was told they’re working on it. It’s now 1930 and we’re exhausted. Finally got the energy to go downstairs in the lobby to talk to Mike (supervisor), was told again the room is almost ready and he will personally check the room himself if it’s clean. After few minutes the room is finally ready. For future guests, I think that they should check AC filter in a regular basis, make sure the AC is working especially for their guests and prompt response for complaints. Breakfast was good in the other hand. Morning supervisor was apologetic with our experience. I didn’t get his name.

Staff were all very respectful and very professional very accommodating security were awesome I feel very safe with my family. Not congested with foot traffic it’s quiet and safe . Every time I travel to Philippines which is 4x now and I always stayed in Bellevue Alabang it’s like our second home.

The property is well maintained, the staff are very helpful & friendly. Their buffet has a wide selection of food, beverages. Would definitely recommend it.

I stayed in one of the most expensive rooms there for three nights I wanted a late checkout they could only give me an hour. I understood they said I could stay in the lobby so I didn’t have to go to the airport six hours early but after one hour, they asked me to leave. The manager was very pushy about me leaving. But as far as the service goes, they were a great hotel.

The room is okay however the cable signal was worst, they need to check and improve it. Also, the variety of food during bfast is not so many.

The front desk staff and concierge are amazing and always helpful. The breakfast is beyond amazing with kind workers and fresh coffee always available. We had a small problem with the bathroom and the staff promptly moved us to another room. Great property. We would use them again.
