Excellent downtown location. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Hotel was extremely clean. The staff was very helpful and polite. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful experiance!. I had a small problem with the first room. Although clean, I found leftover socks on the floor. Called down to the front desk, was greeted with sincere apologies, a new room was immediately assigned, and they came up to my old room with the new room key... and carried my luggage to the UPGRADED new room... Love the white glove service, will definitely stay again!

The hotel is very nice but there were a few issues during my stay. The AC was not working well the first night. Maintenance resolved that on day two. Housekeeping was hit or miss, with little attention to detail. Towels were refreshed daily, but the trash was missed one day and water bottles were not refreshed until my last evening. My bed was not made up. The room has a stale cigarette smoke smell. The staff is either overworked or undertrained.

Great hotel. Staff was wonderful. Location is excellent; right downtown. Only complaint is overnight parking was $68/night.

Very clean place and the staff was very professional and polite. I liked the convenience that the hotel was few minutes away from the convention center as well as many great places to dine.
The lobby area was my favorite. The open space with art deco furniture was very impressive.
On Friday night, the hotel had a live DJ that played great music. The DJ actually utilized vinyl and not some cheater CDJ, equipment.
