Staff was helpful, we had a check in time of 3pm, showed up around 7 and were told that the room wasn’t ready due to a laundering issue. Kind of a bummer but at least we were able to go out to the pool and hang out since the weather permitted. The room was clean but very muggy. Drinks from the bar were decent.

The hotel cleaning crew did not clean the room properly. On one night we didn’t get towels, coffee, and they didn’t empty our garbage. The hotel is old and lacked a fan in the bathroom. There was an old musty smell to the room but it was quiet. If motor way noise doesn’t bother you it is a quiet hotel where you don’t hear other guests.

The property overall wasn’t terrible. The location to Disneyland was great and great view of Disney firework show. Pool was nice but open 24 hours so lots of very late night noise. Had to request body wash for shower twice before going down to the lobby to get myself. Fridge in room didn’t work. Phone in room to call lobby didn’t work. Safe in room didn’t work. Probably will choose a different location next time we visit Disneyland.

I have a Disney pass and this is the only hotel I stay at when I plan trips to the park! Great staff, clean rooms, great location

There was no issue with how friendly and welcoming the staff was. But the person who checked me in didn’t know where any of the amenities were or how I get to my room. My room was overlooking a major freeway with no sound barriers so it was loud all night. They put ear plugs on the night stand as a “fix” the issue but did not help all. Early morning on the 2nd day the fire alarm was going off and the staff didn’t follow up with anyone. But the announcement said to evacuate. Had to find a security guard to know if we could go back to our rooms. The main elevator was out of order.

Clean room, helpful staff, there is a $30 parking fee per day

Good location bathrooms need an update and rooms don’t have a microwave. Nice pool but very few lounge chairs for the size of hotel. But easy walk to Disneyland

We usually stay here and don't have any complaints. But our stay was not good. They put us in the back and the room smelled and it looked very old and not updated and the bathroom looked dirty. And the beds not comfortable and there was nosie like if they were working on the rooms next door. The only thing good was the pool and the fireworks view from Disney but that is it. Definitely won't be be back unfortunately.

Location and parking was great , the room was ok, but could be updated the room smelled like urine.

The room was clean.. it was a bit out dated.. it is loud but we stayed on the side facing taco-bell and it was ok we slept well.. bed was comfortable.. easy uber ride to Disney didn’t feel safe walking alone not much people walking…
