長野廣場酒店 (Nagano Plaza Hotel)

I always stay at this hotel in nagano. Great staff, good rooms, convenient.

Furnishings are a little worn, but clean. We ended up in a smoking room but they provide a VERY effective and inoffensive deodorizer. Great value and very convenient and quiet.

Good rooms and service plus breakfast.

Awesome

Great for the price

Nearest to the Nagano Station

Excellent location

Staff at front desk very nice but rooms are dingy. Very noisy from street level.

The location is outstanding, just a few steps from Nagano Station. The reception staff member was efficient and professional. The hotel is old, faded, and tired, suffering from years of deferred maintenance. However, given its location, it is value for money.

The room is very dark. No night in the entrance hallway. If you check in at night time , bring your torch with you for lamination. There is only 1 light in the bathroom and 2 ceiling lights in the room. They still use key to open and lock door. Breakfast is a joke. Only coffee , ice waterand orange juice. 2 kinds of pastries. Miso soup. Curry and rice. That’s all.
