The location of the hotel is very central and close to all the tourist attractions. The room is clean, and bathroom is very nice.

Really enjoyed my brief one night stay here - the location is superb, close to everything and walking distance to lots of key sights. That said it was really quiet and I didn't hear a thing during the night. Staff were lovely, room was great and bed very comfy although room could do with a little bit of TLC (but that's to be expected when everything is white). For the price it great good value and I would stay again.

muy bueno!

We enjoyed where it was located and appreciated the quietness of our room.

The hotel is close to everything, so the lack of a restaurant on the premises was not a problem. One recommendation is to have more than one iron and ironing board for the whole hotel.

Front desk associates weren’t knowledgeable or helpful. Please train and empower them to make some decisions or have some knowledge of the area (you know, hotel kinda stuff).

Well located and a reasonable price compared to other options in Madrid.

The only good thing I can say about this property is the location. We spend one day without hot water. Not coming back.

I loved the location and having a balcony with a window that you can open.

Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable room, nice and quiet. Good value
