Hi, our room was clean and the hotel had great amenities.

Clean rooms, friendly and English speaking staff. Breakfast buffet included and has a large section of eastern and western food. Sometimes the buffet is crowded. It was really convenient that the airport bus stopped here and the train station is here as well.

Nice hot spring bath

No taxis in that area. Breakfast absurdly overpriced. Public bus to Sannomiya, though, fine and stops at hotel.

The overall Sheraton experience was great. The staff offers great service and the establishment, albeit a little outdated, has everything a high-end hotel needs to have. The perks such as the breakfast and the afternoon lounge coupons were enormously helpful and are the primary reasons I would reconsider going back to Kobe Bay Sheraton in the future.

The onsen was well-maintained and I enjoyed it. However, the room was not prepared and checked in advance. For example, the window was open. Items in the room were not fully inspected after the previous guest checked out, which made me really uncomfortable owing to the current COVID-19 situation. I stayed at a club room, but the lounge was crowded and people were talking loudly without wearing masks. The hotel staff did not say anything. I doubt if I would consider going back to stay at the same hotel again.

No room service which waa disappointing for a 4 STAR hotel . Staff very friendly and attentive.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free Pyjamas and free mobile phone while staying is a great bonus. Nice little restaurant near reception that is handy to wait at until check in time. Lovely staff there too!

The hotel is in good location for stay over before my cruise trip. To and from KIX airport is also convinence. Need more time to communicate with hotel staff for a non Japanese speaking cutomer. Yet, they have been very helpful. It will be our best choice if we visit Kobe again.
