Super great staff and clean facilities!

It's a beautiful place, clean, hospitable people.

Front desk staff was great! Housekeeping staff was great also! But the kitchen staff was unfriendly and unresponsive. I felt as if I was being ignored. The food presentation was great, but the staff was not.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Elegant Suites Westlake. The service was exceptional, with staff who consistently went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious choices each morning. The location is excellent, with beautiful views of West Lake. While there is some construction nearby, it’s part of Hanoi’s rapid growth and didn’t detract from the experience. The swimming pool looked inviting, even though I didn’t have the chance to use it this time. Overall, Elegant Suites Westlake provided a memorable experience, and I look forward to returning on my next trip to Hanoi.

Very nice hotel

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. Surrounding the hotel there is quite a bit of construction

This was a lovely relatively new property away from the hustle and bustle of old town. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Amenities were great with pool, spa and masssge facilities on site. Staff were very helpful and restaurant on site was good and reasonably priced. Only criticism was the taps in the bathroom, as each turned in a different direction which had obviously caused problems with previous guests which had led to some damage of the fittings. The hot tap needs to be refitted as in thinking you were turning in off, you were actually turning it on fuller and due to the very high temperature it could lead to a scald. Nevertheless, overall this was a really good stay. A lot of building construction around the hotel but lovely views from within over the city. Would def stay here again.
