Great location and staff!

Best hotel! If you are going to an event at Scotia Bank Arena it is perfect! Will stay there again!

A great place to stay especially if you are going to an event at Scotibank Arena. Just a minute away. You don't even need to go outside to get there. The bed was very comfortable. All the staff were gracious and helpful.

Lobby bar opens very late, but location for events doesn’t get better.

Perfect location for a Jays game. The beds are extremely comfortable and our room was spacious. Perfect for two adults and a kid!

They seriously ‘exceed the expectation’. From start to the end we had a fabulous experience. We have booked 2 rooms, and the whole experience, the small warm gestures such as ending our stay with a toy to my daughter, they warmth every time we entered the hotel, their genuine smiles and consistency was beyond what we expected. We will definitely be back and recommend this hotel to all our friends and family.

Room was spacious with modern decor. Excellent location if you want to be close to Scotiabank arena, Union Station and sites like CN Tower. Room carpet needs a bit of detail cleaning in the corners. What the rates when you book. Expedia showed one rate then when we booked it added $40 and did not include breakfast. Tried to make our case to reception unsuccessfully.

This hotel was fantastic. Loved the room, the amenities, early check in, and location. I would stay here everytime
