Our fridge, cable and sink drain did not work on check in. Plus the walls and accent chair were not clean looking. I called to ask to move rooms it was full, so a maintenance personnel came to fix the issues. He was able to fix the cable and drain, not the fridge. I wouldn't go back to this hotel.

Quick overnight/layover stay. Overall conformable. Shuttle service should be better. I personally had no way of calling hotel because I did not have a local calling plan/number. Use of WhatsApp directly with hotel/driver could resolve this issue. List of passengers so the driver can review if you’re on the correct shuttle. This experience was a bit frustrating.

Standard airport hotel with 24hr shuttle included. We spent one night here as we had an early flight the next morning. A few negatives, A/C wasn't working in our room, employees seemed to be a bit low energy (perhaps understaffed), shuttle dropped us off at arrivals instead of departures (didn't communicate this at any point). The hotel rate was a really good deal, so I guess this is an example of you get what you pay for. Positive: my kiddo loved the pool/hot tub and the bathroom shower was nice.

Front desk staff was very friendly, professional and went out of her way to allow us to checkin an hour early. Definitely will stay again when traveling.
