Very nice hotel with great access to the train station.
Only complaint is hotel was experiencing issues with Electronics. The hotel AC wasn’t working so quite noisy with windows open and some computer issues making check in take longer. Staff handled it well so wouldn’t let this deter a stay just made ours a bit less than perfect.
Not a lot of dining options nearby but no big deal.

Todo fue perfecto , la ubicación muy cerca de la estación del tren principal , limpieza , el tamaño de la habitación . En la recepción todos fueron muy amables.

The manager Caroline or something like that was completely out of control and horrible! They refunded my entire stay but hopefully thay woman was fired!

Very unprofessional and insensitive. After my flight to Frankfurt was cancelled due to snow and I was stuck in Holland, the hotel refused to refund my prepaid reservation via hotels.com even though I had no way to get to Frankfurt. The hotels.com service representative was helpful but ultimately the decision was made by the hotel.
