Excellent staff, outstanding service and great food.

AM4:00にホテルを出発したかったのに、Currying service(荷物を運ぶスタッフ)へ電話が繋がらない。

The staff were wonderul

I had a minor medical emergency during my stay. I can’t say enough how accommodating and helpful the hotel staff were. Truly wonderful.

Good: Location, room conditions, service To Improve: Pillows are too big and the mattress a bit soft

Near from the restaurant and massage.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel put me in a smoking room, as they were fully booked. Even though i had requested non-smoking. This was one of the most disgusting stays in years. I could not sleep. The stink was unbearable. Furniture, bedding, pillows, mattress, carpets, curtains, everything on that whole floor had an accumulation of decades of smoke. The room was so nasty, that when i returned home, i could still smell the smoke in my clothes when i unpacked. Finally the last night they changed me to a non-smoking room. Will not stay again if they do not guarantee non smoking requests.

Good location, not too far from an MRT station. The balinese restaurant across the street is great!
