My new preference when visiting convention centre.

Loved the size of our room (213). Loved the vibe.

Beautiful quiet rooms with character. Immaculately presented. Great water pressure. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast and 24 hour room service available. Convenience store down the road and close walking distance to the International Convention Centre. I can’t fault it. Highly recommend.

This is our second stay at this historic boutique hotel in a few years and it has continued to provide excellent accommodation, service and food. Located within a 5 minute walk from the Light Rail, Darling Harbour and the ICC and Tik Tok Entertainment Centre, it was so convenient for our 3 day stay in Sydney to see Split Enz in concert. It is also a 25 minute walk to the CBD and offers lovely quayside walks. Since our last visit, Percy, now offers not only an excellent, good value à la cate breakfast but in the evening transforms into a fantastic tapas restaurant. The reception and restaurant staff are friendly and welcoming. We chose a larger room with a comfortable bed and everything you would need in a hotel room, plus some free drinks and snacks. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, the location is fantastic, and the whole place has a really fun, stylish vibe. Breakfast being included is a great touch, with plenty of options — I grabbed mine to go, which was super convenient. The complimentary minibar is also a standout, with water, soft drinks and snacks included. The rooms are on the smaller side, so larger suitcases can be a bit of a squeeze for longer stays, but everything is thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. Overall, a fantastic experience — I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

food is fantastic and the staff are so accomodating

Room was cleaned daily - air con was not adjustable to the room so often felt cold. The room had everything required for a couple of nights stay inc iron and hairdryer. Black background meant that plugging things in were fiddly but not too bad ( more an irritation) Staff were good and did not get in our way Local shops and restaurant were sufficient to get a variety of foods. We did not try the local restaurant in the hotel ( there was a great bagel and coffee place v close by which did great b/fast)
