Good accommodation and great location next to the river. Carpark ramps are a bit steep so don't have loose luggage. We had a box go sideways.

Was given a better room than booked very happy thanks

The location was great and so were the staff. The only reason I marked it down was because of the renovations. Unfortunately I didn’t read that they were happening. I have stayed her before and I will stay here again

Clean, cetral location, good staff

Easy check-in, friendly staff and on site parking. Lovely stay in a central location with great views of the river and Southbank.

Great spot, easy check in and out, able to leave the car for the day going shopping. Just need better directions to get to car park if you have never been before

The apartment was adequate but I have two gripes - 1. The air conditioner was not up to the task even in late autumn, it took hours for the apartment to cool only slightly, it wasn’t enough. Also the beds are rock hard so sleeping wasn’t very comfortable. Both temperature and beds should be comfortable at a minimum. The rest of the apartment is good. The layout is good albeit a little cramped in places. The kitchen is large but not fully stocked like other apartments I’ve stayed in. The shower pressure is amazing. The location is excellent - very central to everything a tourist would want to visit and public transport of all types is very close and handy.

Amazing well-located apartment. Close to everything and a large size. My only drop in 5 stars was a little mark on kitchen cupboards, the room is so huge it's not surprising that every inch could be spotless. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to all.

The stay was very quick and easy no fuss

Staff, spa, room, they look after my requests, if anything happens, they compensate and communicate exceptionally well, and they go out of their way to accommodate you, no matter what.
