The hotel was perfectly located from many of the main tourist attractions. The room was beyond small and the wall had stains and other furniture looked to be moldy and in need of repair. The staff was great though. I would not recommend this hotel.

It was perfect for our short stay. It was spacious, clean and comfortable beds, and excellent location.

Amazing stay along with Amazing breakfast! I'll be back someday!

We liked the historic location and it was like a prime spot. We think that breakfast is extremely poor (scrambled eggs and sausages as a hot food), coffee was not good, we had flickering light in a bathroom which we reported over 4 days and it was never fixed. The last evening they forgot to bring us enough clean towels and iron that we used, leaked the entire time but the maid who cleaned our floor was extremely helpful and kind.

Great location, can’t beat being so close to St Marks Sq however rooms were basic, beds weren’t great. Location made up for it

Everything was clean and well prepared. Property was close to all major sites we wanted to see.

The hotel is centrally located and is just a stones throw from St Mark’s Square, but that is about the only positive thing I can say about it. The hotel reception looks nice and gives the impression of a certain standard of hotel, however the room we were then shown to was very different. It was much shabbier than the main reception and seemed to be at the back of the hotel as we went through a separate entrance to reach it. The room didn’t look like the pictures we’d seen when booking, although perhaps we aught to have done more due diligence. The room itself was sparse and not at all modern, with very dated fittings and fixtures. The bathroom in particular was unpleasant and in desperate need of updating - I tried to use it as little as possible. There was a fridge in the room, which was helpful but other than that the pillows were wafer thin, the bed was hard as wood and the view was non existent out of the window. The telly didn’t give much hope either with only a few channels working. The staff at reception were generally helpful but not exactly friendly and the breakfast was OK but nothing to write home about. Luckily we had only booked to stay one night and we couldn’t wait to leave. Will not be returning again.
