Good size bedroom, comfortable bed.
- Poor communication.
- Awful bathroom, very small, smelly and no privacy.
- Can hear people on next room.

Very comfortable and clean basic bedroom within a shared apartment unit including a kitchen. Communication with property manager was excellent and he was able to arrange an early check in which was greatly appreciated after an overnight red eye flight.

The location is great for walking around the area. However, you will not be able to be dropped off at the front and will have to walk a block or couple depending on where you get dropped off at. It's not an issue, just something to be aware of.

Rodrigo was an excellent host, very polite and helpful. We even gave us suggestions for places to visit and eat.
