Great location; beach view was incredible; just a short walk to the beach and John's Pass. Great place for families to vacation. Breakfast was okay - eggs / sausage everyday; more variety would be a great selling point. Overall - very pleased!

We had an amazing time at this property! Friendly staff, easy check in and out! Great room with a balcony. Centrally located with plenty of amenities. Will definitely go back! Already planning our stay for next year!

We reserved two rooms for a family trip. When we went to sleep, we found that one of the beds was quite dirty, with a pool of a questionable liquid on the sheets and the mattress. Very unpleasant experience to see when you are getting ready to go to bed, and it took a long while to get it addressed. The breakfast is not very good, it has limited selections and they only put out a few of the good items (not enough for all the guests). The breakfast area only has a handful of tables, so chances are, you won't be able to find an available table to eat. The hotel has access to the beach; however, they do not have beds or seats available at the beach area.

It’s in a close location to restaurants and activities. But the property needs some updating. Very outdated compared to other Residence Inns by Marriott.

Great access to beach

Not the Marriot we are use to. Run down, elevators have taken a beaten. Only two elevators one on each side. Was quicker to use stairs. Outdated rooms, old carpets smelling of wet dog. Light in front of our door was flashing the entire stay. Shower pressure was not strong enough to get soap out of my hair. Front staff young not very personable. First time we ever had an issue with my spouse checking us in. Ridiculous to pay for parking. It is not a resort and no amenities other than a small pool.

The food was good. It was a family friendly environment, which I liked - the room was comfortable. Clean and the amenities were great with pool and beach !

Everything was as advertised. Very pleasant staff and perfect for the beach. Good value and all amenities in good working condition.

We loved our time here at this hotel. Everything was really cleaned and everyone was so nice especially Gavin. He went above and beyond taking care of anything we needed. We can’t wait to come back again.
