Great place. Second time visiting and already looking to book again.

Nice pool with sun until 4 pm in a good location just behind shopping centre the avenue

Many people here from sub continent who think it's ok to come in off the street, take off shorts and jump in swimming pool with underwear and t shirt. Against hotel rules but everyone to worried not to offend them as so many here. Disgusting behavior by our subcontinent friends. Breakfast below average, nothing seemed to be hot except the coffee. Pool facing rooms are very quiet, no road noise at all, which is very rare in Pattaya.

Very friendly staff, clean and always available

Generally very happy. Nice security staff and close to decent little shopping centre. Very clean and has a fantastic pool area. At the pool bar they should include the tax on the advertisements to save embarrassment, if it's 350, its not, its more which I understand but it should be clear upfront, they also add on a service charge that they don't advertise. We had a lot of problems with our room door not closing, it took hours to get there eventually and really they should have moved us at a certain point as it was taking ages. Rooms are dated, but clean and the air conditioning worked well (but dripped all over the balcony). Small bathroom but functional. Stay let down on the last day with an unpleasant staff member at breakfast. We didnt have a lot of time, and asked for a breakfast to take away but we were told we should have ordered the night before. They wouldn't let us take anything out so we nipped in for a cup of tea and a quick bite. After getting the the tea, I took a cake in a serviette to save the plates and was literally yelled at from the other side of the room 'NO TAKEAWAY, NO TAKEAWAY'. It was totally embarrassing and a complete overreaction on the staff members part. I was taking it to the table, nowhere else, dhe was ridiculous and unprofessional. That alone would make me not book again.

Don't know about pets

My room was very clean and modern. The entire staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel has all the amenities. Looking forward to staying here on my next holiday.

Staff was great. Roo. Was dated and old.bugs in bathroom. Breakfast was bad. Whole buffet with very little quality choices.
