the carpet in the room feels very dusty, the walls are very ugly, like minimal maintenance. many of the equipment in the bathroom was broken even though we stayed in a suite room type which was quite expensive.

I booked the hotel room as a honeymoon present for my cousin and let the hotel knows. The hotel made the room special by making 2 swans out of towels and put them on the bed. Very appreciated.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights but the hotel was under renovation. Waters came in from the windows/roof/wall during heavy rain. Room's parquet floor also came off with dust.
Hope the reno works will also solve the issue
