Well, most of the clerks were great! One of them, Georgia, has perfected herself. I thought it would be best to encourage guests to make an audio recording for each interaction. If you doubt that you behaved perfectly with her, you can play it and review it If you are imperfect, like myself, it can be a source of frustration.She let's people know if they made a mistake, with her eye contact and tone of voice.

Perfect location - walking distance to the city centre and the bus station, for all those day-trips to other parts of the island. Clean, comfortable room and bathroom. Attentive, friendly reception staff who responded quickly to any concerns. The rooftop dining room/ deck provided an ideal vantage point for NYE fireworks on a rainy night. Occasional aircraft noise wasn’t an issue during a five night stay.

The rooms we got were really nice, very clean and comfortable. The airport noise can be loud, but it didn't really bother us. Very close to the airport, which made it convenient for our early morning flight.

Very loud due to airpor traffic being so close.
Good to stay short term when flying out early next day.
