Check-in went smooth. There was no wait time.
Roberto, front desk, was very kind and helpful.
Rooms were comfortable.
Breakfast area, food, and service is excellent.
Hotel restaurant serves dinner and suitable if nothing else.
Terrace patio is a charm with nice seating to relax.
Good housekeeping service.
Other front desk staff can work on the communication with tourists.
Hotel is in a quiet vicinity with about a 7 min walk to the train station and taxi stop.
interesting find toward end of our trip right around the corner of hotel…a GROCERY STORE!

It was ok. Nothing exceptional but nothing negative to day. Lovely old building. We just stayed we never used any if the facilities. I'd stay again.

Great staff, great location for the train and a grocery store is part of the building.
Room is starting to show some wear, won’t be long and the hardwood will need some refinishing. Tile work in the bathroom is starting to show its age. Lots of chalking used to stop water leaks. Bath plug and overflow cap was missing from the tub (not sure why).
But overall was good, we would stay again.

Lovely room and good location onto the S lines from Rho.
The bar is also great with a good view - amazing value for money

The room was not as advertised. The power was out upon arrival. Often the fridge didn't work, or the lights didn't work. The wifi didn't work for hours at a time. I had to be moved to another room but it was absolutely unacceptable.

Liked the adjoining rooms but cleanliness was ok. Stains on the comforter so they should’ve replaced with new
