The hotel staff was very friendly and always answered any questions we had. The hotel was in a great location and nice walk to the Santa Monica Pier and 3rd Street Promenade! The hotel rooms were nice and the bed was comfortable to sleep which is always nice during a long stay! If we travel again would love to stay here again.

Nice view over lots of buildings

When planning the trip, I read some of the reviews and was a little hesitant to book here, but I am so glad we did. From the moment we got there everyone was so kind and accommodating. It was my birthday trip and the treatment I received made it feel all the more special. Viviana and Tracy were so amazing and went out of their way immediately giving us special treatment. Their beautiful faces, smiling every time they saw us made the energy and vibe so great. And Viviana is a life saver bc I booked the handicap room and didn't even know it lol. The ocean view room was perfect! We could see the fireworks on the beach for the 4th from our balcony and the 4th of July parade too. At first I thought the descending balconies would be invasive, but we didn't see anyone the whole time. I also had a package delivered here with no issues- it arrived before I got there, but was delivered to our door shortly after we checked in. And the giant mirror they have out front made for the most beautiful pics. Such a great experience, we will definitely stay here again.

things I strongly dislike about this hotel. i did have a handicap to room but it barely felt like one. - There’s no space to put your things in the bathroom, there’s only the counter and there’s very little counter space there’s no cart or no like a little table where you can put your things number two - There’s no toilet seat cover why does the toilet not have a cover? All the particles for poop are going everywhere - Why is it taking so long to get towels? - There’s no plugs that are not in the bathroom. There’s nowhere to plug in my flat iron aside from the bedside. - There is the telephone is all the way across the room. It’s not it’s not beside (supposedly a handicap room ) - The pillows are way too flat - there’s no hooks in the bathroom

Great location in beautiful Santa Monica. Staff were great and rooms clean and comfortable. A little on the pricey side.

The arrangement for the various prices and combinations of breakfast items was annoying. 20% service charge is overboard. With this charge there should not be a line for “tip” in the bill.

Parking was expensive but the hotel was good.

Amazing and helpful staff! Great hotel and so well kept. I love that it’s a very short and easy walk to the beach, numerous food options, and coffee shops.
