Large room and very convenient hotel location with plenty of free parking around the property. Bathroom is a bit strange: toilet is in a separate room which feels like an airplane bathroom. Large bath tub AND shower in the bathroom, so why the couldn’t be a toilet instead of the bath??? Air conditioning did not cool the room at all, but staff provided a floor standing unit which helped a lot

Great family room with divider - double and sofa bed. Lovely breakfast and very helpful staff.

Brilliant stay. Clean, functional, family rooms are perfect.

We stayed for 1 night with our dogs to break the journey. The room was clean and spacious overlooking the river with good aircon. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice. We enjoyed exploring the beautiful town. There is a park next door to the hotel which was very handy for the dogs. We couldn’t access the car park with the roof box on the car, so had to park on the road nearby.

Really impressed with this hotel. Some Novotels can be a bit hit and miss, but everything about this hotel was perfect. Staff EXCELLENT

The hotel room is exact setting like the room I had in ibis style, but this room is much higher. The parking entrance is very narrow. Also, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff didn't give clear instructions on the password and the parking zone until we asked about it. I first got the password for the main gate, then I drove around the car park and couldn't figure out which parking slots were available, as they all seemed to be blocked by barriers. My friend had to ask the staff again, and only then did they tell us that the yellow zone is for Novotel's guests. It took me half an hour to park the car.

Excellent accommodation !

Staff is helpfull, rooms clean, location perfect. No parking for big vans.
