The location is good. On beach but know that the water is not clear. The staff was quite unhelpful and not friendly. We tried to order at restaurant at 7:50pm and they said “no more, kitchen close” same thing next day… so that was more than disappointing. Also in afternoon at 4pm tried to get ice cream or iced coffee I was told the only thing left was vanilla shake. I did check at front desk and the restaurant/bar was supposed to be open till 9pm. Overall ambiance is very much missing. Much nicer places for less money to the left and right of this one.

Beautiful beach and pool

O€‘v Wonderful friendly helpful staff, Fabulous location on Long Beach. Lovely infinity pool. Nice gardens and spacious rooms. Plenty of Sun beds. Excellent Apex Dive Centre near by. Breakfast included was basic Negatives- Beds very hard, lot of plastic on beach and around Sun loungers. Just needs half hour a day to clean up.

Everything was spot on couldn't with for better

Stay for the view and nothing else. Dated rooms with average cleanliness at best. Has the potential to be great but staff of which there are many don’t seem to care about anything. The worst kettle I’ve experienced anywhere in the world.

we really enjoyed our stay here. one of the best on Koh Lanta. great staff !!!

Lovely gardens leading to superb swimming pool overlooking long beach, located central in Long Beach handy for restaurants and shops. Low water pressure in shower

Beautiful place, lovely spacious rooms, nice pool and a beautiful beach.

We were so excited to get to this property, but we were pretty disappointed with the room that we received. It was super dirty, and the curtains were growing mold. Additionally, the mattresses were terrible to sleep on. (I think they were box springs?) anyway they were two twins pushed together to make a king so it just kept sliding apart. The Q-tips were reused and never replaced in the bathroom when we got there. Room service never cleaned the place. They only replaced our towels. Additionally, the pool was pretty small compared to the photos. Buyer beware! Still looks like one of the nicer places to stay at, do your research and book early!

The beach front villa is a room by the beach not a villa. There is no privacy as those heading to the bar/restaurant have to walk right past. Hit water wasnt working but this was fixed swiftly once reported. The double bed was 2 single beds pushed together with a sheet over the top creating a dip in the middle. Bed was uncomfortable as matress lumpy. A topper would resolve this. Breakfast was mediocre with many items running out early and staff taking a while to replenish. Overall just an ok stay nothing special.
