Very nice hotel, clean, quiet, friendly rmployees

great location too

I was there for five days in my room was not cleaned. I had to ask for them to come and take out the trash and give us clean towels. I was not there when they came. They did not make the beds clean the tub or refresh the soap and conditioner, and we ran out of conditioner. Our toilet was clogged the last day that we were there. I asked for it to be unclogged, they did not. What they suggested was we could move to another room at 8 PM at night when we were leaving the next morning which was extremely inconvenient. instead of moving all of our things and food at night we decided to just go up and down the stairs to use the bathroom. I asked if we could get a discount for the multiple inconveniences that we had at the hotel they contacted the manager while I was there. There was no response. I’ve emailed the manager twice since I left still no response.

The room was clean and tidy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a weird smell coming from the hallway, and many of the amenities looked old and dated.

Room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately if you wanted it cleaned again you had to ask. Only used the pool once, but it was clean and enjoyable. Breakfast was a joke. Muffins, bagels, cold cereal, boiled eggs and instant oatmeal. Absolutely no excuse for not having a hot breakfast. There is plenty of room if you move the TV thst no one watches. In all likely hood will stop be staying here again.
