極佳 Stayed in a villa with private pool , very clean and nice pool, breakfast was nice, close to the shops and restaurants, good access to the beach, right next door to a activity centre that does jet ski and loads of other activities.
Overall very happy with the hotel

There is a construction site next to the hotel,which was causing continuous disturbance.
Not happy with the Breakfast, it did not have any good choice for the vegetarians.

Fairly comfortable room, also fairly clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful, food quality was rather good. Elevator out of order a couple times which could be problematic for some but fortunately not for me. Room window had decent blackout shades but the full outward facing window exposing the shower and bathroom area, which was all glass, had no protection from the light when the sun came up so if you have a room facing the ocean wear an eye mask unless you plan on waking early anyway. All in all, very good value for the money and I would stay again.

We liked the ocean view room and the jacuzzi on the balcony. Very relaxing. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The selection of Indonesian coffees at breakfast was very impressive. We liked the cakes at the afternoon tea. Conveniently located in Nusa Dua with many different restaurants, spas, and convenience store choices nearby. The service was friendly, but a couple of our requests were not followed through on. During one day of our 3-day stay, he has to have our bed sheets changed, but it was not done. On the last day of our stay, it felt like the breakfast service was less attentive than at the beginning. A few items were missed, such as pastries and water. But overall it was a clean, friendly, relaxing stay.
