It was very cold and not clean.

On arrive it took time to gain access to the building as it was locked, overall place looked dated and tired. The lift was super small even for 2 people. The room was smelling of something bad, fridge had a rotting smell. Beds seemed clean, bathroom had mould over it and in the shower, hairs on the floor. Would not recommend. Also note that if you stay and use underground car park next to it, its nearly 25 euros for night and you must have coins to pay.

Wrong advertisement! The “Basic Double Room” says “sleeps 3”. But they only provide 2 beds.

Hôtel is clean and all facilities is close by.

This hotel was clean, warm and comfortable. Being at the Tram 76 terminal it was easy to get about, but one can also use Tram 72. There are shops local so no need to worry if you require provisions. Iam informed breakfast is available. Its good value.

It was great excellent customer service

Need to provide some basic needs like mineral water, toothpaste, coffee and kattel its not costly but it really mean a lot to guests

It can be a good old hotel, it's quite clean. But the room smells smoke. Yes, there is a sign "non-smoking room", but it feels like last 5 years it was a smoking room. Now walls and furniture emit that smell, open windows don't help at all. I won't stay in this hotel anymore.
