A/C which was nice. Room was spacious and comfortable. The property was old, as expected. Lots of character. Really good location. But parking was a bit challenging, possibly due to large event. Also, most all parking lots have limited hours so you can't access your car whenever you want. Still, I recommend the hotel.

We stayed here nine days and had a great experience at the Hotel and Spa! The staff was very courteous and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place, quiet, welcoming. Great location.

Our shower was clogged and had to wait 20 minutes in between people showering for water to drain. Carpet in room was dirty and needed cleaning. A few cockroaches found in room as well. Shampoo/conditioner were nice and liked that they were provided. We did feel safe, but room needed some basic maintenance/cleaning

This is a charming hotel near the best sites in the historic heart of town. We had a large room in a courtyard. It was quiet and the king size bed was great. The bathroom had a huge shower. I particularly liked the staff. The manager, Perla, speaks excellent English and she helped us with navigating the city and seeing the sites. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel and the honor bar. We had to leave at three in the morning and a staff member was there to help us with our bags. I would stay here again.

Charming hotel in a historic old building right in the center of town. The staff was super helpful and courteous. We loved our stay.

Clean room, friendly and attentive staff

Room #6 had steps up and down inside which made it a bit difficult for older folks like us. Probably could have asked for a different room but did not. Overall a good visit, giving it a 7-8 rating overall. Street walking quite difficult with narrow sidewalks.
