Super helpful staff. Lots of options to eat. It was hard to find seats out by the pool and the drinks were a little watered down, but overall, we had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay at this all-inclusive resort! The property was beautiful and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the swim-out pool was definitely the highlight of our stay. It was amazing to be able to step right into the pool from our room and made the experience feel even more luxurious. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The only downside was the food, which didn’t quite meet our expectations. Because of this, we often ventured out to enjoy the local restaurants, where we found delicious food and got to experience more of the local culture. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The swim-out pool alone made the trip worth it, and we’d happily stay here again.

Everything was excellent

The hotel is very clean. The staff is very friendly and most if not all of them know English. The food at the buffet was hit or miss, some stuff is good some is just okay. They rotate the menu around everyday so there is always something different which was nice. The teppanyaki restaurant was excellent, great food and a great show. We were disappointed with the pools. We went in July and it’s VERY hot and humid, we were expecting that and planned to spend a lot of time in the pools. Unfortunately the water was warm and not refreshing at all. All pools including the hot tub felt like the same temperature. This was the biggest disappointment for us. They also close the snack bar outside very early 5:30pm and the pools at 8pm when it actually feels good to be outside. Overall the stay was fine but we probably wouldn’t go back, at least not in the summer.

Highly recommend! Went 4th of July weekend they put on a huge show. 3 different pools all you can eat & drink! 10/10
