L'hébergement est propre, le service est impeccable. J'ai aimé le déjeuner.
Le seul point c'est l'absence de piscine intérieure ( point que l'Ambassy hôtel doit le voir). Merci pour le reste

Customer service from the Management staff was terrible, I had to cut my trip short because I had a family situation back in Toronto and I had to go back. The manager on duty refused to refund me for the extra day that I was unable to stay for. His excuse was that he would be losing money if he did.
To the Manager on shift, the business profit margins were more important than the hospitality of his customers.
My recommendation, do not stay here. Horrible hospitality. This hotel charged me for a night that I did not even stay. Terrible, just horrible experience. I was going to book a wedding event here for October, but they lost my business because of a greedy unhelpful manager.

When booking for a one queen bed. Expect a corner room. Small, unconventional shaped bedroom. Almost a triangle. TV is facing the closet. You can tilt it barely since it's hooked on the tv stand and you can watch TV sideway. Just book a King. Probably it will be the normal bedroom. The place is close to the airport. That's the advantage. Takes 26 minutes to go to downtown. Might as well book a hotel by downtown if you are exploring Montreal. Room is clean. Breakfast is included.

Clean and helpful friendly staff. The secured fenced and gated parking a great addition !!!!!!!!!!!! One of the only if not only on the West Island. The bar staff were great. Friendly and helpful selecting dinner options. A great place to stay.
