Perfect location, lovely staff

In general we have a very positive experience with the hotel and staff. The food was good, the included breakfast was great, the location is excellent. They were very kind helping us booking trains. We have to note that sometimes the suggestion were missleading. We wanted to book the train and they told us that we should better book a car because the train it was going to take 5 hours. We insisted to go by train and they helped us to book it. In the end the train took 2.5 hours.

Great location on the outskirts of the Old Quarter away from much of the noise. Very clean rooms and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. I would stay there again

Everyone was really nice and helpful. I had a great time. I'll be sure to book here again the next time I'm in Hanoi.

My children and I stayed for 3 days and everything was great. The staff were very enthusiastic and friendly. The room and bathroom were clean and odorless. Breakfast was also okay! I will come back again when I can.

Fantastic breakfast. Staff super-friendly & helpful, especially Kevin at the front desk. Convenient location. Comfortable & clean rooms.

Lovely hotel. Exceed my expectations.

Good experience waiting for swimming pool renovation

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and made the stay very enjoyable and easy too. Jenny in reception gave us many ideas for sightseeing and Emily up in the restaurant was incredibly attentive and friendly with personable service. There was a good array to suit everyone's tastes in the breakfast buffet. After a full touring day, we ordered room service which was served hot and fresh, with a smile. After being hugely disappointed with a street massage, we took a chance on the hotels' service with Luan and colleague. Our faith was restored, and we left the comfortable surroundings feeling restored and rested. Thank you Luan! Although some parts of the hotel seem a little tired, (the common area carpets could do with an upgrade), overall we would recommend this hotel as a good midrange stay, in a convenient location.

Our family had an excellent stay at La Nueva Boutique Hotel in Hanoi. The location is outstanding—just a short walk from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and many of the Old Quarter’s restaurants, cafés, and attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The staff were the highlight of our stay. Everyone was warm, courteous, and genuinely eager to help. They assisted us with transportation arrangements and made the entire check-in and check-out process seamless. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning, which was especially appreciated after spending time outdoors in Hanoi’s summer weather. The breakfast offered a nice selection of both Vietnamese and Western options, and everything was fresh and well prepared. We especially appreciated the hotel’s attention to detail and excellent customer service. Every request was handled promptly, and the staff consistently went the extra mile to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Overall, La Nueva Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations. It offers excellent value, a prime location, and outstanding service. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Hanoi and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter.
