Misleading photos.
There is no beach that is advertised . The beach club is a separate property, 5 min drive away, old.. not well maintained and at an extra cost with an advanced reservation required.
The hotel itself is clean and rooms are new. Hotel’s pools are nice.
But the service is poor.. service wait times at restaurants .. not a 5 star service for sure

We arrived at 5 pm. Although check in was at 3 we still had to wait for our room to be ready.
The property was beautiful. There was a piano player outdoors in the evening that was fantastic. Location was great. Beds very comfortable.
Think the service could have been better at breakfast. Never received requested 2nd cup of coffee.
