This was a week of intense heat in France. The hotel room was very comfortable, the AC was well controlled. The staff at the desk was very helpful. The hotel is in a quiet street. Very enjoyable stay inspire of the canicule.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. Overall had a great experience staying here.

Breakfast: Incredible to see staff stepping over food dropped on the floor without cleaning! Fruit pieces remained on the floor for at least 30min with staff and clients alike carefully stepping around or over it. Some serious management changes and/or training and staff selection needed. IKEA cafe style trays and return tray trolleys used to make work easier for staff. These trolleys sitting full of dirty dishes right in the middle of the breakfast room. Totally adding to the charm of the place

C'était mon premier séjour dans un Ibis. Apparemment, il y en a plusieurs catégories. C'est un Ibis rouge, avec salle d'eau dans la chambre. Ils ont eu la bonne de créer un sas entre la porte de la chambre et la porte donnant sur le couloir. Donc, on n'entend pas les crétins qui braillent comme si le couloir était les vestiaires d'un stade communal. Mais isolation insuffisante entre les étages. Dès le réveil des voisins au-dessus, plus moyen de dormir. Il n'empêche que le secteur est bien fourni en petits restaurants sympas.

Very convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, will book again!

The aircon was broken & it was super hot. The rooms were tiny. There were very limited amenities. The window could not open properly. There was no fridge. The beds were hard. The pillows were flat.

Incomplete amenities

Not enough amenities in the bathroom, no face towel, no hand towel. Our room door is hard to unlock. Reception service could be improved, I have to pay city tax per day instead of collecting all at once.

everything was verry organized, and people were very helpfull... breakfast every day was a treat
