Bad advertisement. Property completely different from advertized. Overexpensive. No cleaning crew. Zero communication.

We stayed here for 10 days as a family of 3. The accomodation was everything we needed. They have a washing machine and dryer that you can you use free of charge which is fantastic.
The accomodation is in a lovely area and walking distance to the Paddington train station, food outlets.
Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was spotless. I didn’t see any staff during my stay, however if was a quick overnight stop.
The room was spacious with all amenities, the bathroom was a little tight to move in, but was spotless.
