I want to start by saying that this review is not about the staff. Every employee we interacted with was courteous, friendly, and did their best with the conditions they have to work in.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a major disappointment. During our stay, we encountered roaches in the room, which was unacceptable. We also discovered that the smoke detectors had no batteries, creating a serious safety concern. The toilets frequently malfunctioned, making our stay inconvenient, and the elevators were unreliable and in poor condition.
What was even more concerning was the overall condition of the building. There were large, visible cracks throughout the structure, which made us question the property’s maintenance and safety.
The staff deserves recognition for their professionalism, but management needs to invest in maintaining and repairing this hotel. Until these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend staying here.

很好 The place was really nice. We had some issues with the plumbing initially the host had it repaired quickly. Would stay again.

It was a really bad experience. The room where we stayed was dirty and with roaches. One of the night stand hanging on the wall just felt hitting my daughter’s feet. One of the chair was practically unscrewed. The curtains were dirty. In general, it was a really bad experience.

Todo bien lo malo el wifi no funcionaba llovió y agua entró eso si Lugo fuero a llevar toallas la limpieza no está incluida no fue mucho pero aún así los elevadores muy lentos las cama le doy un 2 rechinan mucho cualquier cosa tienes que mandar un txt no ay recepcionistas pasamos bien no voy a decir que no pero la foto estaba más lindo

Simple budget stay there is no ice machine, nothing on the lobby area like tables and chairs that can be used to sit and eat while looking at the beach, one of the elevators wasn't working so we had to wait a bit daily to get to our room, the shower head needs to be replaced as there is no water pressure at all,
This place is ok of you are traveling on a budget

I paid for two nights here and was unable to check in because no one works there apparently. I ended up booking another hotel after this one was a failure.
