The location was nice and beds very comfortable. Only complaint is the way the lighting was set up on our room. You could not have light to use the bathroom unless you turned on the main lighting in the room which was very bright for everyone. We talked with another couple staying in the hotel and that was their only problem too. I always pack a small flashlight and would recommend .

Located about 10 minutes walk from Campo, also handy for buses. Smart, corporate hotel with expected facilities. My free welcome drink was a nice thought, but glass of red wine was undrinkable! I paid extra for superior room with Duomo view - massively better than views of road/buses at front of hotel. Breakfast buffet is fine - but only a few Italian guests seemed to get real coffee, most of us were directed to machines.

Clean hotel and very helpful staff only a 10min walk from main square

This was not a genuine 4 star Hotel. It was dated with problems with the bathroom etc - sink not draining etc Parking was absurd. 30 minutes notice required to get your car for 30 euro. We paid nearly $350 Australian a night which was ridiculous for the Hotel quality. It was not NH standard nor 4 star standard. I am regular stayer at NH Hotels & generally find them good but not this one. The stay has me seriously rethinking using Expedia going forward. You can see from my spending with Expedia I am good regular user & never complain. But with this stay I feel very short changed

Great hotel. Very conveniently in walking distance to everything. Great staff.

The room was kind of old and need of a renewal; the door shower did not close well

staff are very friendly though the hotel is quite old. We had to switch room as the first room felt too small for 3 of us. The second room was much bigger with bigger and springy beds. I didn't like that it was located at the corner of the basement and seem forgotten. There was no bedroom slippers provided, one of the ceiling boards was kinda of opened and we had to close it. Other than that, it was ok.
