This hotel is amazing. At a walking distance from the haram. I booked dinner too - the variety of food is huge and quality of food is great. Staff at the hotel is friendly and respectful. They even upgraded our room when came to know that it was our first ever visit to Saudi Arabia and the first ever Umrah.

低於平均與伴侶同行
Upon arrival, we were informed that our reservation was not recorded on their system despite presenting physical evidence.
I was in state of Ihram and remained composed to proceed with our Umrah.
Upon arrival approximately four hours later, no confirmation of our reservation was received. We contacted Expedia who subsequently sent an email to the manager. We finally arrived at our room around 5:30 pm.
Awful experience which ruined it for entire stay at the hotel. Will never be staying here that’s for sure!
