Check in was smooth and no complications. Couple of the facilities were not available at the time fitness center, and however, they gave a voucher to go to an alternative location if needed. Breakfast set up is quite organized and well presented options were good. laundry facilities was also kept up and no real wait for using any of the machines Location of the hotel, relatively close to the central business district on top of the hill. Expect a little workout going back-and-forth, which is only a five minute.

Amazing location and the Room was great! Cost of parking was shock.

Everything was great. Tea coffee sugar was limited in the room.

The location was fantastic as it is just a 10 to 15 min walk to the heart of Queenstown Center. Most of the activities drop off point will pass through this hotel, and you can request the activities operator driver drop you at the hotel when complete the activities....

The entire hotel is under construction, the foyer is a construction zone, you’re eating breakfast next to someone using power tools and another painting the walls.. one of the two washing machines/dryers is out of order, the tv has about 3 free view channels only, rooms aren’t sound proof like other hotels in the area were so you can hear all that construction plus the ppl in the hallway.. we booked a queen bed/room and were given a double/twin.. it was on the cheaper side, but not worth it.

The hotel room also had a few shortcomings in terms of comfort and housekeeping standards. The room was not fully carpeted, and no slippers were provided, which made it uncomfortable during winter. In addition, during housekeeping, the bed was not properly tidied or made up, which did not meet the expected standard of room service for a hotel of this level. These details affected the overall comfort and impression of the stay.

It would have been nice to know that the hotel was under going major building works on the front reception and dining area. The breakfast while a buffet was ok but they were no options to purchase omelettes or fried eggs. The sausages were only chicken sausages. The bar was a temporary structure, not somewhere I would sit and relax after a day out. It was ok if you drink spirits no beer on tap and limited bottled beer. The service staff managed very well considering what they are working with.

After 15 hours of travel to arrive after 8 pm to have the front desk tell us that the email that I sent via Expedia was not read.. about arriving around 8pm and requiring car parking … please note they have very very limited parking .., we were given a map to drive the streets to find our own parking… which at that time of night .. was virtually non existent… if you are arriving with a car ..good luck finding suitable parking
