Hotel was very clean and the staff pleasant. However there was some construction work ongoing throughout and the room aircon wasn't working correctly. Gym and sauna was good and once complete will be a great hotel.

Standard but tasty breakfast buffet. Great location but note that there’s a pretty steep hill to get back from the centre of town. Friendly staff and incredible view when you walk out the door.

Good location, within walking distance to the town proper. Reception staff friendly, helpful & accommodating, especially Olivia who seemed to be there 24/7 for the 1st 3 days of our stay. Appreciate the complimentary wine on check-in by team HIEX, specifically Olivia, Cerys, & Jessy, as a gift for our wedding anniversary & our son’s graduation. Room was clean & spacious enough, although housekeeping services left much to be desired. Beds were haphazardly made, cups/glasses weren’t washed, and coffee packets were not refilled. No free parking. Overall, still a worthwhile stay.

Fabulous buffet breakfast with lots of options.

Check in was smooth and no complications. Couple of the facilities were not available at the time fitness center, and however, they gave a voucher to go to an alternative location if needed. Breakfast set up is quite organized and well presented options were good. laundry facilities was also kept up and no real wait for using any of the machines Location of the hotel, relatively close to the central business district on top of the hill. Expect a little workout going back-and-forth, which is only a five minute.

Amazing location and the Room was great! Cost of parking was shock.
