The safe wasn’t working in our room and the receptionist took time to sort it out for us over a couple of visits.
The hotel was nice and quiet and well positioned for an easy 25 minute walk to Insadong and even closer to the big department store.
My only comment is that after staying in 7 hotels across Korea this was the only one without a shoehorn!

Clean and spacious room. Choose back of hotel on a high floor to get a good view. Amenities were minimal but the espresso machine was nice.
