Good location, nice staff & hotel Metro/ shopping high street/ 10 mins walk Uber/bolt, €4-€10 to Rossio square, €15+ peak time to Airport, off peak €7-€10+ Resturant Colina, 10mins, amazing traditional Portuguese food.

The breakfast (coffee!) was generous and delicious. Property is located withing walking distance of many destinations and close to the metro to go even further and easily. Hotel appearance from the outside is posh and same inside. Appreciated that staff opened the fold out bed in advance of our arrival. They kindly provided a map and good advice on local restaurants! Lovely-- would return with pleasure.

Free parking on the street. Location perfect.

Excellent claen quiet

Hotel Zenit Lisboa was charming. It was a great location, in a less crowded area but we could walk to restaurants and stores. Staff was helpful and we enjoyed the breakfast, with fresh fruit, cappucino machine, etc. Our room was a family room, and the only downside was that the pull-out sofa mostly blocked the path to the bathroom (perhaps because we were in an oddly shaped room at the front). We enjoyed opening the balcony door for fresh air. I would recommend this hotel.

It was a great stay and the room was spacious

Excellent location, close to metro stations. Excellent breakfast. Nice rooms. However, bathrooms had maintenance issues and since it was xmas break, no one was around to fix them :-(

I did not eat breakfast in the Hotel restaurant

Not the greatest hotel. Staff was very unhelpful - we asked for another blanket for two nights and got it on out last night

great room
