Receptionist was busy on the phone. No alternate help. Had to wait over 20 minutes at the counter. Around the building we're filthy and dirty.

The place was a good place to stay and the loft was good.

I would not return. The rooms have very few amenities, the gym is small, there is one elevator that is very slow. It took 25 minutes to get my car from the valet parking,not 10-15 like they said. The hotel is also not in the best location and food options are limited.

Good location. Basic rooms. Furniture a little on the worn side (stains, dents, tears etc). Check-in was very fast, but too fast. I was not given any information for my stay; wifi info, check-out time etc. This information was not available in the room either.

I stay here every year. Excellent location. Great for solo travelers. Walkable to old port and downtown. Supermarket and mall a few blocks away. Love hotel zero 1. See you next year.

The hotel was perfect and gorgeous. Super convient as it’s located right down town. Only issue is I couldn’t find affordable parking. We ended up parking further away and taking the metro to the hotel.

There is parking in Clarke St a short walk away from the hotel. Online booking is also available, might fill up afternoons.

My experience with the front desk reception was great overall and housekeeping staff work quickly and efficiently. The breakfast is the standard continental breakfasts that come with hotel packages that I usually search for, very attentive staff in the dining room as well. I stayed in a room by myself and was very comfortable and felt safe
