Our car broke down Nd hotel staff was very helpful. Ana in particular. Great employee.

it was very hot and they turned off the air conditioning system over the 4 nights we were there. It was hot and uncomfortable to sleep and stay in the room in general. they offered a large fan, but since the room was small it was not a good option. there would have been no room for it and it would be blowing and noisy.

One of the best custom service you can ever experience. Very clean rooms and specious.

Quiet, stylish and artfully decorated property. Very helpful staff and excellent restaurant. Easy walks to the center of town.

The property was quite challenging to find and our car GPS did not locate the 'hotel'...our phone GPS was better. It was also difficult to enter the property. This is a small property and our room was off a communal area. I liked the room (we were upgraded) and the location (very central). There are a few things which could be improved such as tea and milk (for those which like tea) and a decent map of the area. I enjoyed the description of the hotel and the history but more information on the local area would have helped

A lovely hotwl with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is typically Italian so don't expect cereals and a range of options you'd find in a large American chain. My only criticism is that the heating in the rooms (under floor) was too warm.
